What do you do when harsh reality kicks in and smashes your dreams into a million pieces? I need to write this to mark what happened yesterday, but I can't give any more details. This is when faith has to kick in- when you choose to believe God when it doesn't make sense, when you must choose to trust He has a plan for your life, when you must know He is walking with you through the darkness. That's some of the many things the Bible says about how Jesus interacts with those who love Him. He's always there.
What's worse is this isn't about me but someone I love. I'd gladly take this from him if I could- but I can't.
